  • Abstract: We investigate the nonlinear dynamics of a mesoscopic driven Duffing oscillator in a quan-tum regime. We construct a quantum bifurcation equation which predicts a shifted critical driving force compared to classical one due to nolinearity and quantum effect. We also simulate numerically a non-Lindblad master equation in the rotating frame. In terms of Wigner function, we identify the nature of state near the bifurcation point, and extract the transition rate, which displays good scaling behavior with the driving distance to the bifurcation point.
